SaveLocalApp – Terms of Service

Platform: SaveLocalApp
1. Overview of Services
SaveLocalApp provides software tools including CRM, SMS & email marketing, automation, funnels, reputation management, and website hosting (as applicable). Access is based on the selected subscription tier.
2. Subscription Plans
DIY Tier
Automations Tier
AI Tier
Website Hosting Only
Preferred (FB Group)
Features vary by tier and may be modified at any time.
3. Fees, Billing & Payment Terms
Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual billing options
All payments are non-refundable
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Stored Payment Methods
Subscriber authorizes Provider to securely store and charge payment methods for recurring and usage-based fees.
4. Usage-Based Charges
Subscriber agrees to pay for usage including:
SMS messaging
Email delivery
Charges are rebilled based on actual usage.
5. Domain & Website Fees
Domain registration and renewal fees are separate
Subscriber is responsible for maintaining domain payments
Non-payment may result in service disruption
6. Subscriber Payment Processor
Subscriber must:
Provide their own payment processor (e.g., Stripe)
Manage billing for their own clients
Comply with all financial regulations
Provider is not responsible for Subscriber transactions.
7. A2P / SMS Compliance
Subscriber agrees to comply with:
A2P messaging requirements
TCPA regulations
Opt-in and opt-out standards
Subscriber is solely responsible for messaging practices.
8. No Resale or White-Label Rights
Subscriber may not:
Resell
Rebrand
Sub-license the platform
This is a limited, non-transferable license.
9. Ownership of Automations & Portability
All automations and workflows created by Provider remain the property of Save Nebraska Local
Subscriber has usage rights only during active subscription
Upon termination:
No right to export or duplicate systems
Porting requires:
Written approval
Minimum fee of 35% of annual subscription value
10. Non-Compete, Non-Circumvention & Non-Disparagement
Non-Compete
Subscriber agrees not to create or offer competing systems using Provider’s proprietary structures during the agreement and for 24 months after termination.
Non-Circumvention
Subscriber agrees not to bypass Provider to access vendors, systems, or infrastructure.
Non-Disparagement
Subscriber agrees not to make harmful or misleading statements about Provider.
Enforcement
Violation may result in termination and legal remedies where permitted.
11. Termination
Provider may:
Suspend or terminate for violations
Terminate at end of any billing cycle for any reason
No refunds will be issued.
12. Data & Third-Party Services
Subscriber owns their data
Data may be processed via third parties (GHL, Twilio, email providers)
Provider is not responsible for third-party failures.
13. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for:
Lost profits
Data loss
Indirect damages
Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees of uptime or results.
15. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
16. Acceptance
By using SaveLocalApp, Subscriber agrees to these Terms.
